Members of the J.C. Lewis Ford team will be at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328, on Saturday, Jan. 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. collecting gift cards and registering donors for the truck giveaway.
Tybee Marine Rescue Squadron, who began this powerful donation drive, will be onsite with free hotdogs.
Gift card donations and truck giveaway entries will be accepted until Feb. 1, while the drawing for the new Ford truck will take place on Feb. 20. Each gift card donation is $20 because Coast Guard rules permit their service members to accept gifts up to that amount.
